Built through three decades of tennis.
Shrimal Bhatt is one of India's prominent high-performance tennis coaches and administrators. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, he has more than 30 years of coaching experience and has played an important role in developing the modern tennis ecosystem in Western India. He serves as Director of Tennis at the SRT10 Altevol Alexander Waske Tennis University in Ahmedabad, an elite training facility operating in collaboration with the Alexander Waske Tennis University in Germany. He also serves as Honorary General Secretary of the Gujarat State Tennis Association and is a certified international clinician and educator for Professional Tennis Registry India, conducting certification and professional-development programmes for coaches. His coaching career includes serving as National Coach for the Maldives in 1995 and working with India's Junior Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup programmes. Over the years, he has mentored Indian international and junior players, including Dev Javia, Akanksha Bhan and Samarth Sahita. A certified Mental Toughness Trainer from the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Florida, Shrimal integrates technical development, competitive preparation and mental conditioning into his coaching methodology. His contribution to tennis coaching was recognised by the Government of Gujarat on National Sports Day, when he received an award presented by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.
